We continue to be proud of our team in Uganda and the street children who are changing so much.
This morning our Director in Uganda, Wilberforce, dropped his phone in Kabale en route to pick some supplies for Amasiko. He had gone with two of the street children to assist with delivering the groceries. One of the boys (James) picked the phone and quickly informed Wilberforce that he had dropped the phone. This act was very much to the surprise of many onlookers – who couldn’t imagine a street boy exhibiting such a virtue; when many of them would have pocketed the phone! It was a moral challenge to many and a star performance for Amasiko! Well done James.
Please help us to secure and grow the Amasiko Street Children programme.
We have launched a campaign for 1000 people to pledge just £2.00 a month. This will enable us to keep our programme running. It would break our hearts if we cannot continue to make a difference to the lives of our street children. Click this link if you can support us with our challenge.
